Meet the Team
My husband Min and I have been married for 6 years. We have a one-year-old son, Lawrence. When I was 6 months pregnant with our son, we were looking for a daycare center and thought we had plenty of time to find one. But we found out the one near us had a 9-month waitlist and the one in the military base had a 2-year waiting list. It was a very stressful time. After our son was born, it took us a while to find a childcare solution that worked for us. We know what it feels like to start a Monday with barely any sleep and yet holding our son after surviving that day made it all worth it. That’s why you can trust us to carry on Jeremy’s Legacy at Jovie of Irvine and continue to provide the best childcare service we know how with the best nannies and sitters on our team. Hi I am Frank Velazquez the respite and recruiting manager here at Jovie Nannies & Sitters. I get the great opportunity to meet and interact with all of our caregivers first hand as well as work closely with our respite families in order to provide them with the best possible care Jovie has to offer. Prior to working at Jovie, I have had extensive experience working as a case manager in ABA, a Paraprofessional at numerous elementary schools and very closely worked alongside the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC). Outside of work I am huge on basketball (Go Lakers!!) and I have a huge passion for cooking as well as spending time with my wife and family.
After four plus years as a nanny Jordan has stepped in the last year as a Rock Star Manager. She does a great job managing a staff of 80+ nannies as well as the customer service she has with our families. When an On Call Sitter/Respite or Back Up Care job needs to be staffed Jordan is on it. In her free time Jordan does an amazing Ariel impersonation and loves Disney.
