Our Childcare Services

Jovie can provide childcare for businesses, organizations, and special events. We plan and manage childcare for conferences, parties, weddings, business meetings, and employee backup care. Whatever the event, you’ll know the kids are safe and having fun with Jovie caregivers.
Jovie will supply substitute or long-term teachers to centers and preschools when regular staff is out or a teacher opening needs filled. Our caregivers take on the role of assistant teacher for short-term or long-term needs to ensure your center or preschool has the correct ratio of children to teachers in the classroom.
Jovie offers in-home special needs childcare and respite care to families. We understand the unique needs of families who need respite care and skilled care for their children. Whether families need an occasional sitter or a regular nanny, we provide in-home childcare to meet your situation.
Jovie offers resort and hotel babysitting services for families on vacation and concierges looking to meet the needs of their guests. Vacation nanny services are also available for longer stays at your resort or hotel. Our childcare services allow families to enjoy their vacations on their terms.

Meet the Team
Nikki is the Owner and Operator of Jovie. Nikki lives in O’Hara Township with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters. Nikki has a Bachelors in Human Resources from IUP. She found her passion working with children as a stay at home mother. Prior to that, Nikki spent time at the University of Pittsburgh in their Child Development Center as a Business Manager. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys boating, skiing, and traveling with her family.
Audrey is the Administrative Coordinator at Jovie. She is currently earning her Bachelors in Education at Robert Morris University. She found her passion working in childcare as a longtime nanny, preschool teacher, and center director. Prior to that she spent her time as a gymnastics coach for ages two and up. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys hiking, running, and exploring with her dog.
Jennifer is our Talent Specialist for our Jovie team. She joins us with a master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree in Public Relations with minor in Political Science from Slippery Rock University. As previous career nanny of almost a decade, Jennifer understands the importance of that “unicorn” caregiver. Jennifer has a personable yet intuitive approach to matching families with their caregiver. She takes immense pride in sourcing, vetting, screening, and matching the best caregivers to a given family’s needs. In her free time Jennifer can often be found out and about with her Golden Retrievers or spotted at a concert in the area.
