Steve is Owner and General Manager of Jovie of KTarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. He has lived in Keller for nearly 20 years with his four children thriving in the local community. After serving as an aviator/officer in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years, he earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Steve went on to practice corporate Finance and HR in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 17 years. Now, as a Jovie owner, he has the opportunity to combine business with passion to Build Stronger Families in the surrounding communities. Building Stronger Families includes Jovie families, team members, role models and the communities in which Jovie serves. His business focus is to ensure Jovie provides talented and caring nannies, sitters and tutors to the residents of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. When he is not working, you can find him running, biking and hiking or spending time with his kids.

Hi! My name is Amy Martin and I am the Director of Talent Acquisition for Jovie of Collin, Denton and Tarrant Counties. I am from Wichita Falls but have lived in DFW for the last 10 years with my husband. We have a teenage son, so I am very familiar on what is needed for child care from a parent’s perspective! I look at what families we have that are in need and focus on asking questions that fit the family- down to allergies, location, etc. I do a thorough interview before I pass on a nanny to a family.

Monica is the Director of Operations and Sales for Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. She was previously a Family Placement Manager for 3 years. She began as a tutor family but soon became a part of the team as she learned more about their desire to assist young families by providing responsible and quality caregivers. She has enjoyed meeting families and finding solutions to their needs. The best reward is hearing from a family how much one of our Role Models has helped to strengthen their time together. Monica has a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology/Psychology from Houston Baptist University. Upon the arrival of her 2nd son, she left the corporate world to remain home and raise her family. Soon two more boys were added to the bunch. When they grew to school age, she began to homeschool the boys for their education while also attending various programs around the community and Houston area. Two are now in college and the other two are close behind. Their home is in Kingwood, TX. She enjoys supporting her sons in their activities, playing in the garden, attempting DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends.

Hello! My name is Maddison and I’m the Business Development Manager for Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin counties. I’m originally from North Texas and after moving around a little bit, I settled back in a few years ago! I have a background in social media management and business development in both nonprofits and businesses. I strive to let my creativity shine through my work to make work more enjoyable for others! As a single mom myself, I have a passion for finding quality childcare and making an impact on families through my work with Jovie. I’m completing my education in psychology at the University of North Texas and I hope to grow alongside Jovie! In my free time you can find me with my daughter, spending time in the park, and reading.

Hi! My name is Fernanda, and I am the Human Resources Coordinator for Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin counties. I have an A.A. in Business and am now pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at the University of North Texas. I am originally from Bolivia, but I relocated to DFW four years ago and I love living here! I enjoy painting, kayaking, deadlifting, and spending time with Combo, my hamster.

Hi there! My name is Madelyn and I am a nanny and Operations Coordinator for Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin counties. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington and plan on receiving a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I love working with children and watching them grow, in addition to forming strong relationships with parents and families. In my free time, you can catch me reading, crafting, and spending time in nature or with my family!
