Regional Director for Jovie of Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue, Lizzie Rushin, supports Jovie managers across Washington, California, and Minnesota as the placement lead. She ensures that all members of the nanny team are the perfect fit for the families they work with. Caring, organized and results-driven, she is passionate about early childhood development. Lizzie has dedicated her professional life to working with children. She earned a BS in Speech and Hearing Sciences and minor in Human Development from Washington State University, as well as a Master’s in Teaching from Seattle University. Lizzie and her husband have recently brought their first child into the world, a beautiful baby boy named Jack.

As the Manager of Nanny and Sitter Services for Jovie of Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue, Tamara spends her days training, managing, and supporting our exceptional group of nannies and sitters. Her role is marked by the joy of building strong relationships with her team and finding creative ways to encourage and celebrate their successes. With a background as the oldest of six siblings, Tamara naturally assumed a "second mom" role from an early age. Beyond her family, she gained valuable experience as a nanny and continued to babysit for various families. Tamara pursued higher education at Central Washington University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a specialization in broadcast, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys attending sporting events, hosting game nights, and cherishing moments with her adorable puppy, Theo!

Family Relations Manager for Jovie of Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Stephanie brings more than 15 years of childcare experience ranging from babysitting, to assistant preschool teacher, to lead infant teacher at The Goddard School. Born in Guam, Stephanie is fluent in Japanese, and holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington. Since joining Jovie in 2019, Stephanie continually delivers her best efforts to her team and the families. A strong believer in collaboration, she takes a listening-first approach and is all about opening and maintaining stable lines of communication between families and nannies. She enjoys cooking and playing games. Stephanie and her husband love to travel.

Alicia is our Recruitment Manager at Jovie of Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue, where she recruits great nannies and sitters to our exceptional team of caregivers. Warm, organized, and results-driven, she ensures that all candidates receive a high-quality application and interviewing experience. Alicia chooses to lead with empathy and strongly values connection. Her motto is "it's all about relationships." Developing and maintaining those strong and collaborative relationships with her candidates and colleagues is of utmost importance to her. Before working with Jovie, Alicia dedicated eight years of her career to the Issaquah School District, coordinating the District's Before and After School Care program. Alicia has grown up on the Eastside, currently residing in Newcastle. In her free time, you can find her at a farmer's market, on a walk listening to her favorite playlist, or snuggling her cat Maggie!

Lisa is our Recruitment Manager at Jovie for the Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue communities. She manages sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. From first contact to onboarding, Lisa enjoys learning more about the people who apply and feels joy when they find the right role! She also identifies new recruiting opportunities with local colleges and builds ongoing partnerships with them. Lisa has an amazing 25 years’ experience in the Early Childhood Education field, as an infant teacher, program manager and recruiter. Lisa received her BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz in American Studies, and her MA from California Lutheran University in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. Lisa and family moved to Woodinville, WA in 2007 and love everything about the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 2 dogs, relaxing at home watching movies, and going to see live concerts.

Lauren is one of our Recruitment Managers at Jovie in Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue. In this role, she recruits exceptional nannies and sitters for our team of caregivers. Lauren works closely with candidates, guiding them through every step of the process from sourcing to onboarding. She is passionate about childcare and teaching, and she particularly enjoys interacting with candidates who share the same passion. Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Illinois State University. Before joining Jovie, she taught life skills to 1st and 2nd-grade students at Molloy Education Center in her hometown of Morton Grove, IL. Having moved to Seattle’s Eastside in 2022, Lauren is an avid traveler. However, nothing beats the joy she finds in spending time with her pitbull, Hudson!
